For this vacancy Emoluments is Rs. 1,00,000/- per month for 16 hours per week.. Additional Rs. 20,000/- Charges for Emergency visit.

ESIC Kalaburagi Recruitment 2024 : Selection Process
- Selection will be made on the basis of interview of candidates which will be conducted by the duly constituted selection board.
- The applications of the candidates submitted on the day of walk-in interview along with the requisite fee will be scrutinized by the scrutiny committee of the Institute and only the eligible Candidates will be allowed to appear for walk-in interview before the selection committee. In case, the numbers of applicants are large, the selection committee of the Institute may devise criteria for short-listing of the candidates which may include holding of a Screening Test.
- 50% of the total marks would be considered as the criteria for eligibility for selection.
- Selected candidates will have to report to this office for Medical Examination and Verification of original certificates immediately after receiving Provisional offer of Appointment through email.

ESIC Kalaburagi Recruitment 2024 : Terms of Contract
- Selected candidates shall be appointed purely on contractual basis for the maximum period of one year.
- The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued on either side after giving one-month notice.
- Barring serious misconduct/ irregularity, continuation of the incumbent would be based on satisfactory annual appraisal and approval of the Competent Authority. Other terms and conditions will be applicable as issued by competent authority from time to time.
- This being a One-year contract, absence for a period beyond 15 days without prior permission approval of Competent Authority will be treated as abandonment of duty and the contract will be terminated without any notice and security deposit will be forfeited.
- The absence from work for a period of fifteen days without proper permission of the competent authority will amount to voluntary abandonment of engagement and automatic termination. The Medical Officers are required. to mark attendance manually as well as on Aadhaar Enabled Bio- metric Attendance System (AEBAS) daily during scheduled working days.
- On selection, candidate has to open an SB Account in any bank the State Bank of India (Any branches) [This is applicable to cases where SH account is not held in State Bank of India).
- The official so engaged will be required to enter into a contractual agreement for the purpose on a stamp paper of Rs.500/-
- Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of services in ESIC Hospital/Medical Institution.
- The appointment is subject to Medical Fitness.
- Official selected will be required to submit an acceptance/consent letter in writing before appearing for medical examination.
- The doctors at any time found guilty of any gross misconduct or negligence of his/her duties shall be terminated without any notice or payment in lieu of notice period.
- Selected candidates have to report for joining within the date indicated in the offer of appointment to be issued after release of results, failing which the offer will be treated as cancelled.
- Official has to wear his/her own white coat with a name badge during the duty hours.

- Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate to be eligible for interview unless they report on the scheduled date and time.

- The interviews shall be conducted at the Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the venue and dates, if needed.
