1. Office Assistant : Assam Career Job
- Keeping updated record of legal aided cases
- Uploading the updated record/progress of the legal aided cases on NALSA portal and digital platforms as per directions
- Maintaining complete files of legal aided cases and keeping files with proper index in a systematic manner
- Typing applications, petitions, appeal etc.
- Doing ministerial work related to cases such a filing applications for copies of orders, judgement etc.
- Any other task assigned by the Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel

2. Receptionist-Cum-Data Entry Operator : Assam Jobs
- Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitors inquiries.
- Answering and routing incoming calls on multi-line telephone system,

- Maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other office areas,
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing,
- Collecting and routing mall and hand-delivered packages,
- Answering face-to face enquiries and providing information when required,
- Uploading, at the initial point, legal aided cases on NALSA portal &other platforms and updating the information from time to time,

- Cleaning the office before the commencement of office hours
- Ensuring that all places in the office are kept clean

Charaideo Judiciary Recruitment :Terms and Conditions
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The appointments shall be purely temporary and on contract basis and does not entitle the person to be regularised.
- The contractual engagement shall be initially for a period of 1 (One) year with stipulation of extension of yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance. The Service may be extended subject to the approval of the Hon’ble Executive Chairman, Assam State Legal Services Authority, Guwahati.
- Experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Candidates must have registered their name in the Employment Exchange with a valid Employment Exchange Number.
- Duly filled application forms along with self attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials and 02 (Two) copies of recent passport size Photographs, should be addressed to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Charaideo. The Name of the post applied for should clearly be mentioned overleaf the envelope. Providing of Contact number is compulsory.

About District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Charaideo
The court of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo, Sonari was inaugurated on 8th August, 1984 at Basic Training Centre, Bogoriguri, Bhojo. The first Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate was Sri J.S. Chetry. Court of Munsiff was inaugurated on 1988.
The first Munsiff cum JMFC was Sri Tarun Phukon. A new court building was constructed at Rajadhap, Sonari and was inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court Md. S. Haque on 02.06.1991. Circuit court of Adhoc Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track was held at the new building from 15/12/2003, a new court of Additional District and Sessions Judge was formally setup in this new building. Md Syed Imdadur Rahman held the post till 26.02.2021.
On inauguration of the new Court building, Sri Rockta Lal Das became the first District and Sessions Judge and Shri Rajesh Kumar Todi became the first Chief Judicial Magistrate of the Charaideo district.
