NIPER Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
NIPER Vacancy : Education Qualification
1. Estate Supervisor (Civil):
- ITI Pass in relevant discipline with (min 55% marks)
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Building, Commercial Building, Hospital, Real state, High Rising Building etc.
2. Technician (HVAC/Fire Fighting System)
- ITI Pass in relevant discipline with (min 55% marks)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in construction/ operation &: maintenance of the HVAC and fire-fighting system of residential, commercial, hospital, real estate, high rise buildings etc.
3. Technician (Civil/Plumbing)
- ITI Pass in relevant discipline with (min 55% marks)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Building. Commercial Building, Hospital, Real state, High Rising Building etc and operation of pumps.
4. Assistant Girls Hostel Warden
- Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 2 years relevant. experience in Universities/Educational Institutions having functional knowledge of English and Hindi Languages with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
5. Assistant Boys’ Hostel Warden
- Graduate from a reputed institute with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Universities/Educational Institutions having functional knowledge of English and Hindi Languages with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

About National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Guwahati
NIPER Guwahati is the fifth institute to be included in the list of the premium institutes under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. NIPER-Guwahati started functioning from the month of September, 2008. The institute was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Union Minister for Fertilizers and Chemicals and Steel, Shri Ram Vilas Paswan on Sept 16th 2008 in the presence of several distinguished personals.
The foundation stone for the permanent campus at Changsari, Guwahati was laid on 30th May 2015 by Shri Ananth Kumar, Hon’ble Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers, in the presence of Shri Tarun Gogoi, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal , Hon’ble Minister of State (i/c) for Youth Affairs and Sports, Smt. Bijoya Chakrabarty, Hon’ble M.P., Guwahati and several distinguished personnel from Govt. of India and Govt. of Assam.
