BCPL Jobs 2025: Other Terms and Conditions
- Candidates who have passed out in the year 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025 are eligible to apply for the aforesaid posts.
- However, engineering graduates/graduates/diploma holders who have already undergone training or have job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring required qualifications shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice under the Act.
- The training will be governed by the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended from time to time.
- Apprentices cannot be assured of company accommodation, and they are required to make their own boarding & lodging arrangements.
- No travel expenses will be paid at the time of verification of documents as well as at the time of joining.
- No transport facility or conveyance allowance will be provided during the course of Apprenticeship training.
- Since this training is governed under the Apprentice Act, 1961 as amended from time to time, there is no assurance of any further extension/employment after completion of the apprenticeship training.
- Candidates will be required to produce original documents along with one set of self-attested copies of the following documents at the time of verification of documents, failing which he/she will not be permitted to join:
- Document in support of Date of Birth proof
- Caste/Tribe certificate/OBC-NCL certificate in the prescribed format
- All certificates/testimonials in respect of all qualifications (all semester/year-wise marksheets) starting from matriculation
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), the largest Petrochemical Complex in NER was successfully commissioned on 2nd January 2016. The plant was dedicated to the nation by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 5th February 2016.
